What we hold in common.
Our mandates have ranged from €1M founders to €500M CEOs. Each of us has lived through hard cycles and through success — the cycles are what taught us. Three values run through how we work. Empathy and respect — for the people on the other side of the table, especially in difficult situations. Empowerment and independence — every engagement is designed to leave the client standing stronger on their own. Openness and non-judgement — curiosity before templates. We share these values across the team — and a deeper conviction underneath them: that what we know gets stronger when it is shared, not held privately. We align with the Open Source, Open Data, and Open Intelligence movements as the practical expression of that conviction.

- M&A Advisory & Execution
Owner-CEO mandates since 2008 — active across fashion, healthcare, clinical research, machinery, software, automotive, eCommerce, and energy. One senior practitioner per mandate, end to end.
- Cross-border Europe–Asia
The China corridor as standard work. Shareholder-side advocacy for the Pangoo group (Teknihall) through German insolvency-in-self-administration; operational support for Chinese manufacturers entering Europe.
- Ecosystem Building
Built and led the Meet Magento Association (2012–2019) across 60+ countries. One of very few documented practitioner cases of distributed-leadership ecosystem building.
- Industries
Two-and-a-half decades across seven industry clusters: automotive, energy, industrial software, fashion and retail, eCommerce and IT services, professional services, clinical research.
Commitments, not aspirations.
- ✓No junior staffing, no junior handover. The practitioner who engages the conversation is the practitioner on the mandate.
- ✓No selling on "experienced seniors" as a feature. The work proves the team. The team does not need to prove itself.
- ✓No artificial deal-speed incentive. We do not accelerate transactions to create deal momentum.
- ✓No manufactured urgency. We do not exploit owner-level emotional pressure to close engagements.
- ✓No lock-in mechanics. Fixed-scope diagnostics stand alone. Clients can take the output and walk away.
- ✓No black-box methodology. References are public, frameworks are attributable, methodology is part of the offer rather than a competitive secret.
- ✓No politicised mandates. We do not take on work that requires compromising credibility on either side of a cross-border or stakeholder relationship — particularly relevant in Europe–China engagements.
- ✓No mass-market scaling. We do not lease expert time at commodity rates, and we do not body-shop practitioners.
- ✓No work the firm would be unwilling to describe transparently to the client, the public, or a regulator. If the method would not survive transparency, we do not use it.
