Professional Background
Pawel Lactic is e-commerce strategist with nearly 20 years of experience in building digital commerce solutions. In 2006, he founded a digital agency in Poland, which he grew over 18 years into one of the most respected commerce specialists in Central and Eastern Europe. Through his strong community engagement, he received multiple recognitions from a leading global commerce platform and took on leadership roles in both European and international industry associations. In 2017, his team won an award for the “Most Innovative Customer Experience.” In 2021, he was awarded for "Excellent Entrepreneurship" by the European Business Council for his engagement during Covid. In 2023, he merged his company into a transeuropean partnership with a Spain-based firm and moved from the CEO role into the position of CSO. Alongside this, he is the co-founder of a technology-agnostic international commerce conference series in the field of clean energy solutions.
