A small group of senior practitioners with operating experience. The team works in different combinations depending on the mandate — the practitioner who engages the conversation is the practitioner on the work.

Some members of the team appear here with a public profile. Others participate without public visibility, by their own preference — they may be in current public roles or in active retirement, and have chosen to keep their participation in mandates separate from their public profile. When they are on your mandate, you know exactly who they are; the website is simply not where their name appears. References for any practitioner on the team are available under appropriate confidentiality on serious engagement. The composition of the team on a given mandate is named to the client in writing before any work starts.

For M&A Advisory & Execution, each mandate stays with a single senior practitioner end to end. The trust intimacy required by owners and CEOs cannot be delegated, and every documented mandate reflects this single-practitioner pattern. For business model innovation, restructuring, and ecosystem work, the lead practitioner is joined by others from the team where the work benefits from added capability. The composition of the team on a given mandate is named to the client in writing before any work starts.
