A confidential conversation about your question. We ask about what you are dealing with; we tell you honestly whether the work we do is right for it. If we are the right firm for the engagement, we agree on a next step. If we are not, we tell you and — where we can — point you toward someone who is. We are not selling in the first call. The first call is how we both find out whether there is something to do.
